Daniel is the founder and managing partner of Priestleys having established the firm in 2007. Daniel has extensive experience with all aspects of corporate and commercial law and Cayman Islands regulatory matters and sone of the island's leading property attorneys.


Guy is a partner and head of the litigation and dispute resolution department at Priestleys. Guy has considerable experience in dispute resolution and is regularly instructed in a broad range of commercial litigation including insolvency, contentious trusts, probate, and shareholder disputes as well as family law matters.

Charlotte is counsel in the corporate and commercial department. Charlotte has a broad corporate and commercial practice and advises clients on investment fund formation and Cayman Islands regulatory matters. Charlotte also regularly advises clients on private wealth matters and succession planning for businesses.

Anna is an associate attorney in Priestleys' corporate and commercial department. Anna has particular expertise advising clients on local regulatory issues including business licensing, immigration and shipping registration.
